Procedure for the Review of Claims and Complaints

A customer may file a complaint, application or claim in writing, by personally submitting it at the reception of the hotel of SIA Jaunmoku Pils or by mailing to the postal address “Jaunmoku pils”, Tumes pagasts, Tukuma novads, LV-3139, or by e-mailing to birojs@jaunmokupils.lv.

The complaint, application or claim will be processes and we will review it within the shortest possible time. We will reply in Latvian, by mailing the reply to the address indicated in the complaint, application or claim within 30 (thirty) days after the date of the receipt of complaint, application, or claim. If the preparation of reply requires more information, we will notify you thereof. The reply can also be provided in Russian or English, pursuant to the respective written request of the submitter.

Personal data will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 678/2016 and the privacy policy of SIA Jaunmoku Pils.
